A garage, an idea, a marketplace
It started with one car in a two-car garage. That meant extra space — and with the cost of living continually rising, we were always looking for ways to make a little extra. We'd already had success using other online platforms to monetise our garage, but there was no dedicated marketplace for storage.
So we built one. StoreNextDoor was born from the simple idea that millions of Australians have unused space, and millions of others need exactly that space — they just haven't had a way to connect.

Our mission is simple: to facilitate a fair, efficient exchange between two people — giving one access to easy, local and affordable storage, while allowing the other to turn their unused space into a steady income stream. No big companies. No inflated overheads. Just neighbours helping neighbours.
